I also would like a link to a site that gives out information on these new condos. I would be interested in moving there to teach and maybe move into one of those. If you find the link please leave it on here thanks!

Well guess Puerto Madera is not catching up yet with the online revolution. Haven't see anyone posted a promotion of Puerto Madera here at the forums or I've just missed it.

Guess you have just missed it Hoopla. Puerto Madera is a great place which just require a little "OMP" and push. So come on people, let's promote the great place here. share you Puerto Madera experiences here.

My... my... I can't believe you guys are discussing whether there are hotels or an aggressive campaign on the part of Puerto Madera when obviously they already have great hotels. Why don't you try hitting the search engines first before even typing a singe word here in the forums about the neglect in campaigning of Puerto Madera. So to put an end to all this clamor, I now present to you the Puerto Madera Hotels here:

I agree with you Dune and this is what I' am often seeing here in the forums is the great amount of people asking around and keep on talking about things which can be found out by just hitting the search engines. Try Google, Yahoo or Bing people and believe me you will be saving more time and effort in looking for your much wanted information. Though there are things which the search engines can't provide as well.

Introducing Pureto Madera...Puerto Madero, also known within the urban planning community as the Puerto Madero Waterfront, is a district of the Argentine capital at Buenos Aires CBD, occupying a significant portion of the Río de la Plata riverbank and representing the latest architectural trends in the city of Buenos Aires.
New high-rise construction
The Mulieris and Chateau towers rise behind Starck's Faena Hotel+Universe
Numerous new residential high-rises of up to 50 stories have been built facing the Rio de la Plata since 2000. These include El Mirador of Puerto Madero Towers, Renoir Towers, El Faro Towers (currently the tallest building in Buenos Aires), Chateau Tower of Puerto Madero and Mulieris Towers amongst others. Many other high-rises that have recently been inaugurated include the Le Parc Tower and Hilton and River View Towers. Office and hotel high-rises are also being built such as the Repsol YPF Headquarters and the Conrad Buenos Aires Hotel & Resort, whose construction is slated to begin at the end of 2008 and completion scheduled for late 2010.
Additionally a St. Regis Starwood Hotel is being built in the first dique, where the famous nightclub Opera Bay was formerly located, and is scheduled to open in 2013. A large Jumeirah Polo resort will also feature a hotel in Puerto Madero, working conjointly with polo fields outside Buenos Aires.

If you sighted the condos why did you not go and ask for their prices? It would be hard for anyone in here to just guess which particular apartments you are talking about. I would also suggest that you provide a name perhaps.I will give the 'busy' ones the benefit of doubt but people, it it easy finding these links. The hard part could be in finding the most comprehensive.
