Eric, having a business in Argentina is a tough proposition but not altogether impossible. Actually one of the best things is to have an Internet business which you can run from almost anywhere. I have a friend who was an attorney in the States but because of the Internet is able to very successfully run his business remotely. These are the things I would consider most strongly. Otherwise some people have been successful with tourism companies and small wineries, or small hotel/bed breakfasts.
