'Questions: Is 4800 dollars good for 5 months studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Ar' Entertainment

Take off flight expenses to and from, and tuition. I have an apartment for around $261 US for 5 months plus $261 for safety deposit, that's $1566 US. $131 entrance fee into the country = $1697 of unavoidable expenses. The rest is living, food, travel, entertainment for $3, 103, will I survive off this amount? This is for anyone who might have traveled to argentina for study abroad, or is very knowledgable of Buenos Aires and life there? I do want to travel around argentina, Chile, Montevideo, Uruguay and Porto Alegre, Brazil. Should I pull out more money from a loan? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi to all. I would like to know more about the country of Argentina most especially about the entertainment in the said country. I am about to have a vacation in the said country with some of my good old friends and so if you can share here any good links kindly keep them all posted here.
