Senior Writer Wanted - Native American English Speaker Position: Senior Writer for KillerStartupsWe are currently looking for someone to join our team at KillerStartups. The position will involve writing content as well as editing and proofreading content from other writers. This position also involves the coordination and supervision of a team of approximately 10 people, including remote freelancers, as well as communication with our SEO team. The senior writer will report directly to the CEO. Requirements: Native English Speaker You must be willing to work full time in an office in Buenos Aires, Argentina (Belgrano) Proficiency with internet tools such as Gmail, Skype, Google docs, Dropbox, etc. Ability to work well with a team Flexibility for role changes in a Startup Spanish is NOT required Qualifications: Business degree, or some solid entrepreneurial and small business experience, knowledge, background. Solid writing style and excellent grammar. You have to be able to spot a typo from a mile away. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently spot inaccurate information; typographical errors; poor grammar. Ability to identify information gaps Highly proficient at managing multiple tasks and managing critical timelines You must be able to coordinate/control/edit different freelancers who are contributing content Your Responsibilities: Everything that's published on KillerStartups will be your responsibility Coordinating with a few freelancers and a company supplying us with content Interacting with our SEO person to agree on guidelines to work on Additional duties as assigned Commitments: 8 hours of solid writing, editing, proof-reading, reporting and coordinating efforts, every day, Monday through Friday Use of WordPress and Google Docs. Also you need proficiency using Skype, Gmail, Dropbox and should be available at all times you're working.
