I'm seeking guidance on making my first home purchase in Patagonia. My wife is Argentine; I'm from the U.S. Is it true that most, if not all real estate transactions are in cash?
If so, what is the easiest / safest way to transfer money to Argentine banks or branches of HSBC or Bank Boston?
