I want to travel to Costa Rica for a two week vacation in October 2005 and my question is , do i need a Visa for this vacation ? I have a British Passport And will have to stop in Miami to change planes .

My advice would be to:

1) Contact the Costa Rica Embassy about a visa to enter Costa Rica (I don't think you need one).

2) Contact the US Embassy about a visa to transit the United States. (I don't think you need one).

3) Regardless of #2 make a connection that does not involve an airport in the United States to protest their new intransit visa requirements for many non US citizens.

4) Ingore my "I don't think you need one" commentary and find out directly from the embassies involves.

Hi there guys, I would like to know more about traveling in the country of Costa Rica most especially about some good travel tips in the said country. If you have any good tips and suggestions kindly keep them all posted here. It would be great to hear from all of you guys. Thanks a lot and have a great day to all of you guys.
